Profiles with cross-section shapes Z, U, C, L, Σ, Ω or other “open” cross-section shapes are made from metal sheets of 0.5 - 6.0 mm in thickness. Maximal length of profile shapes produced – 12.36 m.

Construction profile shapes are used as secondary beams in light-weight wall and roof constructions. However, in certain structures they may be used for the main constructions as well. Profile shapes are used for wall constructions on the exterior side, for mounting and holding of thermal insulation materials. The profiles are fastened to the building framework by bolts or screws via mounting elements. Due to low weight of the construction profile shapes and their precise dimensions, mounting is fast and easy. Moreover, it is possible to level out the masonry defects. Such works may be successfully carried out in winter time as well.Production technology
