Our priorities include quality and reliability of products and services provided, which determine the customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Quality is controlled in each step of the process, starting with the procurement of raw materials to delivery of products to the customers. Certified steel profile shapes are issued production control certificate No. SPSC-7789, complying with the requirements of LST EN 10326:2004 and LST EN 10143.

Products are also issued compliance declarations, stipulating the invoice number, nomenclature of profile shapes produces and the type of material. Certificates of raw material producers are enclosed.

Load-supporting profiled sheet metal products are issued production control certificte No. SPSC-8426, complying with the requirements of LST EN 14782:2006 and LST EN 508-1:2002.

Currently, the company has started the implementation of quality management system ISO 9001.

The key objectives in continuous quality improvement include:
- identification of customer needs and fulfillment of their requirements
- the most effective solutions and satisfied customers
- introduction of innovations and expansion of production, while taking into account the customer needs
- constant improvement of all processes

Since 25 October 2011, the company has a functioning integrated quality, environmental protection and occupational safety and health management system.

UAB Lankmeta manufactures and processes metal profile shapes and bent metal products for various purposes for local and foreign customers. Seeking to supply quality products meeting the needs and expectations of our customers and to improve the effectiveness of environmental protection and occupational safety and health, the company:
- analyses the customer requirements, assesses its capacities from an economic, technical and environmental perspective;
- uses natural and other resources rationally, simultaneously reducing detrimental impact of operations on environment;
- observes legal and other requirements applicable to its activities;
- supervises and constantly improves the system of quality, environmental protection and occupational safety and health, analyses the efficiency of its operation;
- carries out the prevention of environmental pollution, accidents at work and occupational diseases;
- monitors the equipment and machinery and annually allocates the funds needed for their renovation;
- trains the company’s employees and promotes their improvement.

The management system of UAB Lankmeta fully complies with the provisions of the standards of quality (ISO 9001:2008/LST EN ISO 9001:2008), environmental protection (ISO 14001:2004/LST EN ISO 14001:2005) and occupational safety and health (OHSAS 18001:2007/LST 1977:2008) management systems and has been certified by the international certification organization Bureau Veritas Lit.
