Sheet metal cutting using a guillotine
Following the customer’s request, we use sheet metal cutting guillotine to cut metal sheets or strips from various different quality metal.
Sheet metal cutting with a guillotine is one of the simplest and cheapest ways to cut sheet metal in straight lines. Our sheet metal cutting equipment also has CNC control which allows us to achieve higher precision when cutting sheet metal.
Benefits of cutting sheet metal with a guillotine: it is a very cheap way of cutting sheet metal, high efficiency when cutting sheet metal in terms of time, no side effects on the cut metal (in comparison with other means of metal cutting), pretty high metal cutting accuracy, possibility to cut both single metal sheets and large series of metal sheets.
Guillotine shears technical characteristics:
- Maximum metal sheet thickness – 6 mm (stainless steel – 4 mm);
- Minimum metal sheet thickness – 0,5 mm;
- Maximum length – 4050 mm;
- Cutting angle – 1o 30” via piece length.
